Good Morning Humanity!
Last night was a tough run… the additions and changes to the Edit Profile workflow resulted in legacy code from the older edit profile button and popup dialog saving keys directly to /$uid and the new edit profile page saving to /$uid/profile
We needed to build backward compatible code that would still read profile information for users who have yet to use the new edit profile page.
Additionally our HH CSS file had swollen to over 3000 lines of style code.
Big ups to Pheonix who took over and stayed up working until after midnight (we have 9-5 jobs and are up at 4am daily) she is a machine and did a magnificent job.
As you navigate you will notice small UI issues like light-mode nav missing its rounded border, spacing tweaks… we opted to push regardless because function is more important than aesthetic.
There will be a day this weekend where the team will go back to update these visual bugs and unify the UI/UX so please excuse our mess as we continue to push DAILY updates.
Additionally the is a session glitch affecting some versions of the Pulse Feature (Android Endpoints & certain browsers).
Also the pre-landing page “Intro” animation seems to hang on Firefox browsers. If you find that your visit to the root url hangs on the animation load, simply enter /landing into the address bar after hashhumanity.world and you will push passed the intro and be able to login as usual.
HH is still so EARLY… and there are only so many hours in a day. If you’re a developer looking to help the mission or contribute in other ways, please email support@hashhumanity.world
